In Autobiography, Morrissey writes about many things, whether it’s his days as a teenage athlete, his friendships, or acting offers – he says he was asked to appear on Friends, singing with the fictional “Phoebe” at the “Central Perk” coffee shop.
He covers The Smiths’ recording and live career in a mere 75 pages. He then writes about the subsequent Smiths court case for 50 pages. Guitarist Johnny Marr is the only ex-Smith that Morrissey seems to value.
No U.S. publication date is confirmed as yet.
